Cubaan Pertama

Alhamdulillah. Berjaya berjalan 1000 langkah pagi ni. Walaupun jumlahnya tak banyak sangat, tapi it's a good start. Tu baru berjalan and slowjog. Kalau aku betul-betul serius, maybe boleh capai target 40,000 langkah sehari. Hehehe. Gonna benefit more from Pedometer apps...




Lol, tu baru jalan. Tak pecut lagi haha.
